A Business Plan is the written description and financial projections that give your business idea a blueprint for success. It precisely describes every detail: your vision for the business identifies goals, competitive strategy, your marketing plan and how it will operate. It is also during this preparation that you will attempt to project how the business will perform financially. The process will take you through a series of logical steps that are designed to make you think through crucial elements of starting and running your business.
