Simpsonville is in the heart of the Golden Strip area, which is one of the fastest growing areas in the Southeast. The Golden Strip consists of 3 towns: Simpsonville, Mauldin, and Fountain Inn. The beautiful Smoky Mountains are only 40 miles northwest while the renowned coastal resort areas and the historic port of Charleston are 225 miles southeast.
